"21 Jump Street" was one of the first programs appearing on the
Fox Television Network. The show ran from April, 1987 through
May, 1990 on the Fox Network. The show was picked up in
syndication for the 1990/91 season. The premise of the program
was that youthful looking police officers would go undercover at
primarily schools and stop assorted crime. The show became very
popular with teenagers.
